Just a quick note to let you know that the cap steamer has been such a blessing for us with regards to sewing caps.

Having used it for a few months now on smaller jobs (24-48pc orders) we recently had an order of 550 of the notoriously difficult - structured 6 panel - OTTO caps that really put the technology to the test and we’re happy to report it passed with flying colors! We had ZERO needle breaks and ZERO damaged hats. Wow!

We followed up that order with 120 Richardson hats (also a known difficult hat to work with) with the same results. NO needle breaks and NO damaged hats.
